HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY GARMENT?
The rule is 5-7 business days after the payment goes through (this doesn’t include the shipping time). It could be less or it could be a little more, in which case we will check with you to make sure that’s OK. Once the item is ready, it will be sent using the shipping method of your choice and you will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipping options do not include delivery on the weekends.
If you have an urgent request please send an email to email@example.com specifying your deadline, we will try to get back to you ASAP and let you know if we can make it happen.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER?
This means that we are out of stock but the garment has been added to the queue. Your item will be sent between 10 and 15 business days after payment is cleared.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?
We take any major credit cards and PayPal.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your garment doesn’t fit, you can ask for a one-time exchange of the same item in a different size and you will have to take care of the re-shipping fee. Please, send the item with a note specifying the new size you need to: PO Box 1733, Dacula, GA 30019, Attention: Ivette Li. When your new item is ready, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the cost of shipping; the package with your new item will be mailed once payment is cleared.
Also, we take quality control very seriously, but of course, we are not perfect. If you think that the garment received is defective, please, email firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem and we will pay for the re-shipping fee. Note: damage caused by handling the item harshly is not considered a defect. Please, be considerate and reasonable :-).
WHAT IF I WANT TO JUST RETURN THE ITEM?
You have 30 business days after purchase to return your garment for a full refund -no exceptions. After that period of time we cannot accept the return. Once we get the item back within that timeframe, we will check that the piece is in good, brand-new condition and then we will issue a refund to the same PayPal account used to make the payment.
We consider damage the following: weird smells, pets hairs/fur of any kind, missing buttons, ripped fabric or stitches (holes), stains of any kind, and anything of the like.
CAN I HAVE MY ITEM CUSTOMIZED?
We know beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, but at the moment we are not taking specific requests for customization. Keep checking for such additional services that may be added in the future.
